Chicken Spaghetti
Chicken Spaghetti is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 12 oz. chicken, cooked and cubed, 3 to 4 stalks celery, chopped, 1 small to medium onion, chopped, olives (optional) and 1 large can whole tomatoes (use juice and cut up in pieces), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Saute onion and celery until tender.
Add to cooked chicken. Add olives, tomatoes and 1/2 cup cheese.
Mix and add to cooked spaghetti.
Mix well.
Put in deep baking dish.
Sprinkle remaining cheese on top and bake until cheese is melted at 350Β° for 15 to 20 minutes.
(If you use the broth that is remaining after boiling chicken to cook your spaghetti in, it will have more flavor.)
