Chicken Spaghetti
Chicken Spaghetti is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 chickens, 1 c. onions, 1 c. bell pepper, 1 c. celery and 1 stick margarine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Boil chickens and save broth; take chicken off bones and chop into small pieces.
Saute onions, bell peppers and celery in margarine.
Add soups, chopped water chestnuts and chopped mushrooms.
Add grated Velveeta cheese.
Boil spaghetti in reserved chicken broth.
Drain spaghetti and combine with sauce and chicken.
Put into 2 casseroles.
If desired, slice olives and slivered almonds on top.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes.
Freezes nicely.
