Chicken Spaghetti
Chicken Spaghetti is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 large hen, cooked, skinned, deboned and cut into small pieces (6 chicken breasts), 2 (10 oz.) pkg. spaghetti noodles, cooked in chicken broth, 1 lb. american or cheddar cheese, grated, 1/2 c. margarine and 1 large onion, chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Saute onion, garlic, celery and green pepper in margarine until tender. Remove from heat and add soups and pimento.
Combine soup mixture, spaghetti and chicken.
Mix well.
Place 1/2 in a lightly greased 4-quart baking dish and top with 1/2 of the grated cheese.
Put another layer of spaghetti mixture and top with remaining cheese. Bake at 325Β° until cheese melts and all is bubbling hot (about 30 minutes).
