Chicken Spaghetti
Chicken Spaghetti is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 chicken, boiled, boned and cut into bite sized pieces, 8 to 12 oz. spaghetti, cooked in chicken broth, 2 onions, diced, 1 bell pepper and 2 garlic pods, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Dice onions, bell pepper, garlic and celery.
Saute in butter (1 stick).
Combine spaghetti and sauteed vegetables in a 4-quart baking dish.
Stir in soups.
Add mushrooms, if desired.
Add chicken.
Stir in cheese.
Sprinkle with chili pepper.
Can also add sliced green olives, if desired.
Heat 25 minutes at 325Β°, until cheese is thoroughly melted.
