Chicken Spaghetti
Chicken Spaghetti is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 1/2 c. (2-inch) pieces spaghetti, 3 to 4 c. cooked chicken, chopped, 1/2 c. pimento, diced, 1/2 c. green pepper, diced and 2 cans cream of mushroom soup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Cook spaghetti until tender, drain and rinse.
Combine all ingredients except 1 cup grated cheese.
Add seasoning to desired taste. Pour into 3-quart casserole.
Sprinkle remaining cheese over top.
May be refrigerated overnight.
Bake, covered, at 350Β° for 1 hour.
Serves 8 to 12.
