Chicken Spaghetti 2
Chicken Spaghetti 2 is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 to 3 lb. fryer chickens, boiled and cut off bone, 1 c. chopped celery, 1 c. onion, 1 green pepper and 1 (10 oz.) box spaghetti, broken, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Saute celery, onion and green pepper in approximately 2 tablespoons oil.
Cook spaghetti in chicken broth.
Mix chicken and other ingredients together.
Add canned tomatoes, mushroom soup and cheese and English peas.
Keep a little of the cheese to sprinkle on top.
Bake in casserole dish 30 minutes at 350Β°.
