Chicken Spaghetti
Chicken Spaghetti is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 chicken, cooked and deboned, 12 oz. pkg. spaghetti, 1 large onion, chopped, 1 large bell pepper, chopped and 1 small pkg. fresh mushrooms, chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

After chicken is cooked, reserve broth for cooking spaghetti. Do not drain.
Saute onion, bell pepper and mushrooms in margarine or butter.
Add to spaghetti along with deboned chicken, Ro-Tel tomatoes and cheese.
(Cheese should be grated or cut in small pieces.)
Mix thoroughly and place in casserole dish.
Cook for an hour at 350Β°.
Let set a few minutes before serving.
