Chicken Spaghetti

Chicken Spaghetti is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 8 to 10 chicken breasts, 1/2 c. bell pepper, chopped, 1/2 c. onion, chopped, 1/4 stick butter and 4 cans cream of chicken soup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

👨‍🍳 Instructions

Cook chicken in water until tender; reserve broth.

Cut chicken into bite size pieces. Saute bell pepper and onion in butter.

Mix soup, salt, pepper and jalapeños.

Add to sauteed ingredients together with chicken and broth. Heat until hot. Cook spaghetti in remaining chicken broth. Drain and rinse.

In a large casserole dish, layer ingredients, starting with spaghetti, then sauce mixture, then generous amounts of cheese. Repeat layers, ending with cheese. Bake at 350° for 45 to 60 minutes until cheese melts and is light brown on top. Serves 8 to 10.
