Chicken Spaghetti
Chicken Spaghetti is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 to 5 lb. chicken, 5 tbsp. olive oil, 1 tbsp. sugar, 1 medium chopped onion and 1/2 c. celery, chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.
Boil chicken until it falls apart.
Save stock.
Cut meat into small pieces.
Cover chicken with olive oil and sugar. Cook tomatoes, onion, celery and seasonings slowly for 1 hour. Cook spaghetti in chicken stock until done.
Add all ingredients except cheese and simmer for 1 hour.
Put into two large casseroles and sprinkle with cheese.
Bake until cheese bubbles at 300° to 350°.
Serves 12.
