Chicken Soup
Chicken Soup is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 8 to 10 chicken legs, 10 c. water, 2 tsp. onion salt, 1 to 2 c. celery, chopped and 1 c. carrots or as many as you like, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Bring water to a boil and then add onion salt, garlic salt and the chicken.
Let it cook until just about tender.
Add tomato sauce, cabbage, carrots and rice.
Cook until the rice is done. Serve in bowls with lemon and chile on the side.
