Chicken Soup
Chicken Soup is an moderately easy dinner. Made with small whole chicken, 1 can each of cream of mushroom and cream of celery soup, veggies, 1 c. each of carrots, onions, celery and potatoes, chopped or sliced, salt and pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Cook chicken until tender.
Cut up in cubes, save broth to cook veggies in.
After veggies are cooked until tender add cut up chicken, mushroom and celery soup, salt and pepper to taste.
Add a sprinkle of poultry seasoning.
This freezes well for later use.
