Chicken Soppa
Chicken Soppa is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 fryer, boiled, 2 cans cream of chicken soup, 1 large can milk, 1/2 can chicken broth and 1 medium onion, chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Boil the fryer; remove meat from bones and save broth.
Blend the soup, milk and broth.
Dip tortillas in hot Crisco oil.
Put a layer of tortillas in bottom of casserole dish.
Sprinkle onion, grated cheese, chopped green chilies and chicken pieces over tortillas.
Pour sauce over and repeat layers until all tortillas are gone.
Bake at 350Β° until bubbly, about 20 to 30 minutes. Serves 6 to 8.
