Chicken Saronno
Chicken Saronno is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, 3/4 c. flour, 1/4 tsp. salt, 1/4 tsp. pepper and 1/4 tsp. garlic powder, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.
Cut chicken into strips.
Mix flour, salt, pepper, garlic powder and curry in a bowl.
Heat butter in a large skillet.
Dip chicken strips in flour mixture and brown in skillet.
Brown both sides of chicken, then add Amaretto and lemon.
Simmer for 5 minutes.
Mix chicken broth and cornstarch together.
Stir into mixture in the skillet.
Stir until sauce thickens.
Serve over rice.
