Chicken Sansford
Chicken Sansford is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 skinned chicken breasts, 1 c. mayonnaise, 1 1/2 tsp. parmesan cheese, 1/2 tsp. dry mustard and 1/2 tsp. soy sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Wash and dry chicken.
Coat inside chicken first, with mayonnaise mixture, then sprinkle with seasoned bread crumbs. After you have done each piece, place chicken in greased Pyrex dish.
Make a foil tent over them.
Bake 1 to 1 1/2 hours in a 350Β° oven.
During last 20 minutes, remove tent and place about 3/4 cup hot water in pan for added juice.
