Chicken Saltimboca
Chicken Saltimboca is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 chicken breast halves, skinned and boned, 6 thin ham slices, 6 slices mozzarella cheese, italian herb seasoning and 4 tbsp. lite margarine, melted, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Pound chicken breasts between 2 pieces of waxed paper until about 1/4-inch thick.
On boned side of each breast, place 1 slice Mozzarella cheese and a dash of Italian herb seasoning.
Roll up. Dip each piece in melted margarine.
Then roll in mixture of bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese and parsley.
Place in shallow pan and bake at 350Β° for 40 to 45 minutes or until brown and tender.
