Chicken Salad
Chicken Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 c. cooked chicken, cut in bite size pieces, 1 small green pepper, chopped, 1 c. finely chopped celery, 1/4 c. finely chopped onion and 1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges, drained, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Mix all ingredients together, except chow mein noodles. Refrigerate several hours.
