Chicken Salad
Chicken Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 c. cubed cooked chicken, 1/2 c. minced onion, 1 c. diced celery, 3 hard-cooked eggs, chopped and 1/4 c. minced fresh parsley, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

In large bowl toss chicken, onion, celery, parsley and pickles.
Add chopped hard-cooked eggs, salt and pepper to taste and mayonnaise.
Toss again until well mixed.
For each serving, place on shredded lettuce.
Sprinkle with paprika and garnish with tomato and parsley.
Serves 8 to 10.
