Chicken Salad
Chicken Salad is an moderately easy salad you can prepare in about 1 hour 12 minutes. Made with . chicken cutlets, c. soy sauce, c. salad oil, garlic, scored and c. lemon juice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
Cut chicken into bite size pieces.
Saute in oil until done. Combine soy sauce, oil, garlic and lemon juice.
Add the cooked chicken and cut up lettuce, broccoli, tomatoes, cucumbers, walnuts and peppers.
Add can of water chestnuts (drained).
Toss with chicken mixture.
Marinate overnight.
Before serving, add the sesame seed.
