Chicken Rotel
Chicken Rotel is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 chicken breasts, 1 lb. velveeta, 1/2 cube oleo, 1 can cream of chicken soup and 1/2 chopped onion, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Boil chicken until done, then cube.
Cook noodles in broth. Saute onion in oleo.
Add cheese and melt.
Add soup, partially drained Ro-Tel and chicken.
Drain noodles.
Add sour cream and noodles to mixture.
Pour into greased casserole and bake at 350Β° for 25 minutes.
