Chicken Rotel
Chicken Rotel is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 chicken breasts, cooked and boned (save stock), 2 bell peppers, chopped, 2 medium onions, chopped, 1 stick butter and 1 can ro-tel tomatoes, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Cook spaghetti in 2-quart stock.
If you do not have that much stock, add a little water.
Drain.
Add cubed cheese.
Add mushrooms, onions (cooked in butter), bell pepper and chicken, Ro-Tel and Worcestershire.
Fold in peas last.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Bake in 300Β° oven for 30 minutes.
Serves approximately 8.
