Chicken Romano
Chicken Romano is an easy dinner. Made with boneless, skinless chicken, 2 tbsp. canola oil, garlic salt, sweet basil and grated romano cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Put oil in bottom of casserole, just to cover.
Trim any fat from breasts and place on oil (single layer).
Sprinkle with garlic salt.
Cover with grated cheese.
Sprinkle (heavily) with sweet basil.
Adjust to taste.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes or until tender.
Can place under broiler for few seconds if want slightly browned.
Serve with Spinach Fettucini and salad.
