Chicken Romanesque
Chicken Romanesque is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 split chicken breasts, 8 oz. cooked spaghetti noodles, 2 tbsp. oil, 1 c. chopped onion or 1/2 c. dried onion flakes and 1 c. chopped green pepper or 1/4 c. dried green pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Preheat oven at 350Β°.
Place cooked spaghetti in buttered 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish.
Cover noodles lightly with butter to prevent clumping.
Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper; cook in large skillet with hot oil until brown, about 3 to 5 minutes to a side.
Arrange on top of noodles.
Add onion, pepper and garlic to skillet.
Cook about 3 minutes.
Add tomato sauce, Worcestershire sauce and oregano.
Cook 1 minute.
Pour over breasts and noodles.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Cover and bake for 45 minutes, until chicken is tender.
