Chicken Roll-Ups
Chicken Roll-Ups is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. cooked chicken meat, shredded, 2 c. cheddar cheese, shredded, 1/2 c. celery, chopped, 1/2 c. onion, chopped and 1/2 c. mushrooms, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Preheat oven to 350Β°.
Combine chicken, cheese, celery, onion, mushrooms and sour cream.
Spread out individual biscuits.
Spoon chicken mixture onto center of biscuit and roll up, securing ends so mixture doesn't fall out.
Roll stuffed biscuit in beaten eggs and then in crushed cornflakes.
Bake, uncovered, 30 minutes or until lightly browned.
Serve hot or cold.
