Chicken Roll-Ups
Chicken Roll-Ups is an easy dinner. Made with 1/4 c. butter or margarine, 4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts, 4 thin slices ham, 4 thin slices cheese and 1 c. bread crumbs or ground up corn flakes, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Melt butter in baking dish in 350Β° oven.
Pound chicken breasts to flatten as evenly as possible.
Top each with 1 slice ham and 1 slice cheese.
Roll up tightly, beginning with narrow end.
Secure with toothpicks.
Coat rolled breasts in melted butter, then roll in crumbs.
Bake 35 to 40 minutes.
Remove toothpicks to serve.
Makes 4 servings.
