Chicken Ritz
Chicken Ritz is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 8 to 10 chicken breasts or 1 whole chicken, 2 cans mushroom soup, 8 oz. sour cream, 1 stack ritz crackers and 2 tbsp. poppy seed, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
Cook chicken and cut into bite size pieces.
Put in casserole dish (9 x 13-inch baking dish).
Mix soup and sour cream and pour over chicken.
Crumble Ritz crackers and mix with poppy seed. Sprinkle over soup mixture.
Melt butter and pour over crackers. Bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes or until bubbly.
Bake, covered. Uncover and cook another 5 to 10 minutes.
