Chicken Quiche
Chicken Quiche is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 partially baked pie crust, 1 tbsp. flour, 8 oz. cooked chicken, chopped, 3 eggs and 1 c. evaporated skim milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.
Toss cheese and onion with flour.
(Use waxed paper and save a clean-up job.)
Spread chicken and peas on bottom of crust; sprinkle with cheese-onion mixture.
Combine and beat eggs, milk, garlic salt and pepper until well mixed (not frothy).
Pour over other ingredients in pie shell.
Bake at 350Β° for 35 to 40 minutes, or until set and top is lightly browned.
Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
Serves 6.
