Chicken Quesadilla
Chicken Quesadilla is an easy dinner. Made with 3 flour tortillas, 1/4 lb. cheddar cheese, 2 chicken breasts, cooked, boned and cut in thin strips, 1/2 c. salsa or picante and margarine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Place a tortilla in a lightly buttered skillet.
Layer with 1/2 of cheese, 1/2 of chicken and 1/2 of salsa or picante.
Place another tortilla on top.
Repeat layering.
Top with last tortilla. Drizzle margarine on top.
Slowly cook to heat through and crisp the tortilla.
Do not burn.
Carefully turn and finish cooking. Can be placed in a 325Β° oven to keep warm.
Cut into 8 wedges and serve.
