Chicken Puffs
Chicken Puffs is an impressive dinner. Made with 1/4 c. butter or margarine, 1/2 c. boiling water, 1/2 c. all-purpose flour, 1/4 tsp. salt and 2 eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Preheat oven to 400Β°. In a small saucepan over medium-low heat, melt butter in water.
Add flour and salt, stirring until mixture forms a ball.
Remove from heat and allow to cool slightly.
Add eggs and beat vigorously until smooth.
Stir in cheese.
Drop dough by heaping teaspoonfuls onto a greased baking sheet.
Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
Remove puffs from oven; cool and split.
Combine remaining ingredients, adding more mayonnaise if needed to moisten.
Fill each puff with a heaping teaspoonful of chicken mixture.
Yield: approximately 2 dozen puffs.
