Chicken Puffs
Chicken Puffs is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 can chicken broth, 1/2 c. salad oil, 2 tsp. salt, 1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper and 1 c. celery seed, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
In saucepan, combine chicken broth, salt, salad oil, cayenne pepper, celery seed and parsley flakes.
Add Worcestershire sauce. Add flour all at once and stir rapidly over low heat until mixture leaves sides of pan and forms a ball.
Remove from heat until mixture is smooth and shiny.
Add chicken and almonds.
Blend well and drop on greased cookie sheet.
Make them small.
Bake at 450° for 10 to 15 minutes until light brown.
These freeze well.
Reheat at 250° for 10 minutes.
