Chicken Pot Pie

Cook together the first six ingredients.
Remove chicken from broth; skin, bone and cut into chunks.
Heat 2 cups broth and add pearl onions, potatoes and carrots; cook until tender.
Remove vegetables with slotted spoon.
Stir flour and milk into 2 cups broth and bring to boil.
Add cooked vegetables, peas and chicken. Pour into a 9 x 13-inch baking dish and cover with pie crusts. Bake at 425Β° for 30 minutes.
