Chicken Pot Pie
Chicken Pot Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 to 3 boiled and deboned chicken breasts, 1 pkg. frozen mixed veggies, 3 medium cooked and diced potatoes, 1 small onion, diced and 2 cans cream of mushroom soup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Debone and dice chicken and set aside.
Mix together in large bowl vegetables, potatoes, onions, soup and broth, salt and pepper. Add chicken.
Line casserole dish with 1 pie crust.
Pour in chicken mixture.
Cover mixture with the other pie crust.
Cut 2 to 4 slits for vents to prevent mixture from boiling over.
Bake at 400Β° until crust is golden brown.
