Chicken Pockets
Chicken Pockets is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 oz. cream cheese, softened, 3 tbsp. soft margarine, 2 c. diced cooked chicken, 2 tbsp. pimento and 1/4 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Combine cream cheese and 2 tablespoons margarine.
Add chicken, pimento, salt, pepper, and milk.
Separate rolls into 6 rectangles.
Spoon mixture into rolls evenly.
Pull up corners and twist dough tightly at the top.
Melt last tablespoon of butter and brush on all pockets.
Roll in croutons or sprinkle on top. Place on ungreased baking sheet.
Bake for 25 minutes in a 350Β° oven.
