Chicken Pie
Chicken Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 whole boiled chicken (chicken breasts work nicely, 3 to 4 c.), 4 boiled eggs, sliced, 1 medium onion, chopped, 2 cans cream of chicken soup and 2 cans cream of celery soup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.
Break chicken in pieces and place in 9 x 13-inch greased pan or dish.
Spread chopped onion, then sliced eggs over chicken. Mix soups, Veg-All and chicken broth; pour mixture over all.
Mix flour, milk and mayonnaise; pour evenly over top.
Bake in preheated oven at 350Β° for 30 to 45 minutes or until golden brown. Freezes nicely.
