Chicken Pie
Chicken Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 chicken breasts, cooked and deboned, 2 c. chicken stock, 1 can cream of chicken soup, 1 can mixed vegetables, if desired and 1 c. self-rising flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Place chicken in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
Place in mixed vegetables next, if desired.
Mix chicken soup and broth together. Pour over chicken.
Mix flour, milk and margarine together. Spoon over chicken mixture in dish.
Bake at 350Β° for about 30 to 40 minutes or until brown.
