Chicken Pie
Chicken Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 1/2 lb. chicken or 3 cans boned chicken, 2 c. broth, 1 can cream of chicken or cream of mushroom soup, 1 can peas and carrots (optional) and pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Bone and cut up chicken.
Mix with broth, soup, vegetables and pepper and put in bottom of baking dish.
Mix flour, buttermilk, oleo and pepper and pour over chicken mixture.
Bake in 400Β° oven until brown.
