Chicken Pie
Chicken Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 1/2 to 4 lb. chicken, 1 can cream of chicken soup, 2 c. chicken broth, 1 stick margarine, melted and 1 c. self-rising flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Boil chicken and remove from bones.
Heat soup and broth. Pour over the chicken.
Mix margarine, buttermilk, flour, salt and pepper.
Pour over chicken.
Bake at 425Β° for 25 to 30 minutes or until brown.
