Bring chicken, soup and broth to a boil.
Pour in a sheet pan (12 x 9 x 2-inch).
Make a batter of flour, baking powder, pepper, salt, milk and margarine.
Pour this mixture over chicken in pan. Bake at 425Β° for 30 minutes.
