Chicken Pie
Chicken Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (2 1/4 lb.) chicken (breast is best), 1 stick margarine, 1/2 tsp. salt, 1/2 tsp. pepper and 1 c. self-rising flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Cook chicken until tender.
Pull meat from bones.
Shred with fingers.
Put on large baking dish that has been sprayed with Pam. Melt margarine.
Pour over chicken.
Blend flour and milk together until smooth.
Pour over chicken.
In saucepan, mix soup and broth that chicken was cooked in.
Add pepper and salt.
Heat to boiling point and pour over flour mixture.
Bake at 425Β° until brown about 1 hour.
