Chicken Pie
Chicken Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 large broiler-fryer chicken, 1 1/2 c. chicken broth, 1 can cream of chicken soup, 1 stick margarine and 1 c. self-rising flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Cook chicken, save broth.
Take chicken from bones and layer in bottom of Pyrex dish.
Pour broth over.
Spread soup over (may be made ahead to this point and refrigerated).
When ready to bake, make a mixture of the margarine, flour and milk, stirring until smooth.
Pour over top of pie and bake in preheated oven at 350Β° for 45 minutes, or until crust rises and turns golden brown.
