Chicken Pie
Chicken Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 to 6 chicken breasts, cooked and boned, 1 can cream of chicken soup, 1 stick margarine, 1 c. self-rising flour and 1/2 tsp. black pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Cook chicken; debone and skin.
Place chicken in long baking dish.
Mix soup and broth and pour mixture over chicken.
In saucepan melt margarine.
Add buttermilk, flour, salt and pepper (makes a batter).
Pour over chicken and bake at 425Β° until crust is golden brown, 25 to 30 minutes.
