Chicken Pie
Chicken Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 stewing chicken or large fryer, 2 c. chicken broth, 1 can cream of chicken soup, 1 can mixed vegetables (optional) and 1 stick margarine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Boil chicken until tender.
Remove meat from bones and place in bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan or baking dish.
Mix soup and broth (and vegetables if used) together; pour over chicken.
Cut margarine into flour until crumbly.
Add milk.
Drizzle evenly over chicken. Bake at 350Β° until golden brown.
Serve hot from the oven.
