Chicken Pie
Chicken Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 1/2 to 3 lb. chicken, 1 stick margarine, melted, 2 c. chicken broth, 1/2 tsp. pepper and 1 can cream of chicken soup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Cook chicken until tender.
Separate from bone in small pieces.
X 9 x 2-inch pan.
In a saucepan, boil broth and cream of chicken soup. Combine margarine, pepper, flour and buttermilk.
Pour broth mixture over chicken, then spoon batter over top.
Bake at 425Β° for 25 minutes or until brown.
