Chicken Pie
Chicken Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 1/2 to 3 lb. chicken, cooked and boned, 2 c. chicken broth, 1 can cream of chicken soup, 1 (16 oz.) can mixed vegetables, drained and 1 stick margarine, melted, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Place chicken pieces in a baking dish or 9 x 13 x 2-inch pan. Pour vegetables over chicken.
Mix broth with soup.
Heat to boiling and pour over chicken and vegetables.
Mix margarine, biscuit mix and buttermilk.
Spoon over chicken and broth mixture. Bake at 425Β° for 30 to 40 minutes or until golden brown.
