Chicken Pie
Chicken Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 chicken breasts, boiled and chopped into bite size pieces, 1 3/4 c. broth, 1 (10 oz.) can cream of celery or mushroom soup, 1 stick oleo, melted and 1 c. self-rising flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Place chicken in 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
Cook diced potatoes and carrots until tender.
Drain and add along with peas, covering the chicken pieces.
Pour soup over all.
Mix melted oleo, flour and milk together.
Pour over soup and spread evenly.
Bake at 350Β° for 40 minutes or until done.
