Chicken Picante
Chicken Picante is an easy dinner. Made with 4 c. minute rice, picante sauce, 1 large onion, 2 green peppers and 1 to 1 1/2 lb. boneless chicken, chopped into bite-sized pieces, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Add equal amounts of water and picante sauce as per rice directions.
Saute onion, green peppers and garlic (if desired). Mix rice, sauteed veggies and chicken; place in greased baking pan.
Bake 30 to 45 minutes at 350Β°.
Sprinkle shredded Cheddar cheese and sliced black olives on top and return to oven until cheese melts.
