In shallow bowl, beat egg.
Roll in bread crumbs.
Spray 9-inch nonstick skillet with Pam.
Add chicken and cook over medium heat until golden brown, about 3 minutes each side.
Top each cutlet with tomato sauce and cheese.
Cover skillet and cook until cheese is melted, about 1 minute.
