Chicken Parmesan is an easy dinner. Made with 2 to 3 skinless chicken breasts, cut in half, 1 c. light mayonnaise, 1/2 c. grated parmesan cheese and lemon pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Cut skinless chicken breasts in half, if not already cut. Wash and drain.
Mix cheese and mayo.
