Chicken Parisienne
Chicken Parisienne is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/4 c. flour, 1/4 tsp. paprika, 1/4 tsp. pepper, 6 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves and 3 tbsp. oleo, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

(Use no substitutes.)
In bag combine flour, paprika and pepper.
Add chicken; shake to coat.
In skillet brown chicken in butter; remove.
In same skillet cook mushrooms.
Add remaining ingredients; simmer 3 minutes.
Add chicken; simmer covered 25 to 30 minutes or until tender.
You may have to add water occasionally as sauce cooks down quickly.
Serve with rice.
