Chicken Paprikas
Chicken Paprikas is an impressive dinner. Made with 2 tbsp. butter, 1 tbsp. oil, 2 chopped onions, 2 tsp. salt and 2 tbsp. hungarian sweet paprika, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.
Heat butter and oil in large skillet and cook onions.
Add chicken pieces and save.
Add broth, cover and simmer 45 minutes. Take chicken out of broth.
Combine flour and sour cream.
Put into the remaining broth mixture.
Heat and stir with a wire whisk until sauce thickens.
Put chicken back in sauce.
Add pimentos, marjoram and pepper to taste.
Serve over noodles.
