Chicken Paprika
Chicken Paprika is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 1/2 lb. chicken, cut up, 4 tbsp. oil, 1 1/2 c. water, 1/2 c. flour and 1 chopped onion, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Saute chopped onion in oil; lift brown onion out of pan.
Roll cut up chicken in flour, salt, pepper and paprika; brown well in the oil.
Put fried onion back in pan.
Add 1 1/2 cups water. Cover; let simmer until tender, about 45 minutes.
Add cooked noodles with a dash of paprika 5 minutes before serving (optional).
Add 1/2 pint sour cream 10 minutes before serving.
